At Sportivo Gear Hub, we deal in premium sportswear with a focus on football and international jerseys. These policies are designed to protect both our customers and our brand, while ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders immediately after confirmation of payment.
In most cases, orders are processed the same day.
Due to high order volumes, processing may take up to a maximum of 48 hours.
If any delay occurs, we will proactively keep you informed at every stage.
Sportivo Gear Hub will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control once an order has been processed and dispatched.
2. Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges are handled strictly under the conditions below:
Eligible for Refund
If a customer has made payment and the specified sportswear is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to wait for restock, in which case the payment will be held as store credit. Once the item is back in stock, the customer will be notified and the order will be fulfilled only upon the customer’s confirmation and approval.
If the customer decides not to proceed while waiting, they may request a full refund at any time before the item is dispatched.
If an incorrect item, size, or jersey is dispatched due to our error, we will:
Offer an exchange at no extra cost, or
Provide a full refund if the customer opts not to proceed with an exchange.
Not Eligible for Refund
Jerseys that have been used, worn, washed, altered, torn, or damaged after delivery.
Change of mind or loss of interest where the fault is not from Sportivo Gear Hub.
Requests made after 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the item.
Important:
All refund or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear evidence (photos/videos).
3. Customization Policy
We specialize in high-quality jersey customization and take great care to double-check all customization details before production.
If a customization error occurs from the customer’s end (incorrect name, number, or spelling provided), a re-customization fee of ¢40 will apply.
If the customization error occurs from our end, we will correct it at no additional cost.
Customized jerseys are non-refundable once production has started, except where the error is solely from Sportivo Gear Hub.
4. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver orders promptly and efficiently.
Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery after processing.
Delivery charges vary based on location and delivery method.
Customers are advised to review our Delivery Options Page for local and international delivery rates.
Once an item has been handed over to a courier, Sportivo Gear Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, but we will assist in follow-ups where possible.
5. Social Media & Content Usage
Product photos may be taken and used for marketing and promotional purposes across our social media platforms.
For images featuring customers, including children, explicit consent will always be sought before posting. Your privacy matters to us.
6. Customer Conduct & Complaints
We encourage customers to contact us directly and immediately with any issues regarding their sportswear so we can resolve them promptly and fairly.
Public complaints or defamatory statements on social media that damage the brand’s reputation without prior engagement with us are discouraged and will be addressed appropriately.
We are always willing to resolve genuine concerns professionally and respectfully.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions are offered at specific times and for selected items.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated by Sportivo Gear Hub.
Promotional items remain subject to our standard refund and exchange policies unless otherwise specified.
8. Children’s Sportswear Policy
We absolutely love seeing young fans proudly supporting their teams
There’s nothing better than children enjoying the game in gear made just for them.
We take extra care when dispatching children’s jerseys to ensure accuracy.
Customers are responsible for confirming correct sizing when providing a child’s age or measurements.
Refunds will not be issued for children’s jerseys where incorrect sizing information was provided by the customer.

9. Payment Policy
We accept only the payment methods officially stated on our website and social media pages.
Any payment made through unauthorized or unofficial channels is done at the customer’s own risk.
Payment before delivery is strictly required unless otherwise stated by Sportivo Gear Hub.

10. Additional Important Terms
Sportwear Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Sportivo Gear Hub reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
By placing an order, customers confirm that all details provided are accurate and final.
